Service details, venue access, and coverage priorities are confirmed during pre-session planning, and any location work depends on the agreed venue and access arrangements.

The final image selection and editing process may remove duplicates, test frames, and technically unsuitable images, and no exact final image count is guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
